WRADA, is a community-based organization whose aim is to support, promote and empower women and young people who use drugs, who have been affected or are likely to be affected by the criminalized environment of drug use enabling them to live in peace, with dignity, be in good health, and have access to essential health and social resources.

To promote an improved quality of life for women and young people who use drugs in East Africa through community development, harm reduction and advocacy for human-rights based services in order to achieve an equal, equitable and just society.

Participation – We endeavor to ground our policy and advocacy work in the experiences of those in Africa and work towards building sustainable, long-term solutions. We believe in incorporating the voices of the community, and especially those of women and young people.
